We arrange to carry out a full measured survey of your property. This gives us all the measurements and information we need to move to the next step, ensuring total accuracy and quality for your drawings.
Video Conference

2. Design Meeting

Once we have all the measurements and information we need we will arrange to have a video conference/screen share with you. This will take place at a time of your convenience. It will enable us to work out how to complete the architectural design..
Relax

3. Relax and sit-tight

You can now relax while our expert designers get down to work. We always aim to finish your planning drawings within 14 days, but we can do it more quickly depending on the complexity of your scheme.
Drawings

4. Receive your drawings

We email you PDF Drawings for your approval. Any amendments or corrections be done for free. Our drawings will contain everything you need to obtain planning permission or a certificate of lawfulness including site location plans and evidence of permitted development compliance where appropriate.
