We offer fixed fee architectural design packages so you can have your building project properly and competitively priced by your chosen builder, or sent out to tender if you haven’t yet got a builder in mind.
Our architectural design packages include all the plans and drawings you need, from initial architectural design and planning drawings, to drawings required for building regulations and a comprehensive set of structural engineering calculations. Just in case you weren’t aware, whether you are undertaking a new build, an extension or making structural alterations to your home, you will need building regulations approval from a building inspector.

Shriya graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture in 2015 and has extensive construction and interior design experience. She was part of the design team employed to deliver a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai as well as leading many self-build projects for high net worth individuals.
