You will be connected to one of our friendly specialist design team. They will discuss your requirements with you over the phone, and answer any questions you have.

To book a measured survey which we carry out as step 1 of our service we ask for a small deposit of £149 in advance. We aim to get the initial survey booked at your home within 5 days of you instructing us. It really is that fast.

Once payment is received, we’ll carry out ‘Initial Site Checks’ to see if your property has any planning restrictions or site constraints such as ‘Tree Preservation Orders’ or ‘Article 4 Directives’. We will let you know if we find anything which might affect your project, or anything else we think you should know about.

If you decide to cancel at that stage you will not be required to make any further payment.

As soon as you are ready to go our simple 4 step process begins.

And remember, you have our specialist design team with you every step of the way.

Our simple 4 step process

1. We survey your home

We arrange to carry out a full measured survey of your home. This gives us all the measurements and information we need to move to the next step, ensuring total accuracy and quality for your drawings.



2. Design Meeting

Once we have all the measurements and information we need we will arrange to have a video conference/screen share with you. This will take place at a time of your convenience. It will enable us to work out how to complete the architectural design.

3. Relax and sit-tight

You can now relax while our expert designers get down to work. We always aim to finish your planning drawings within 14 days, but we can do it more quickly depending on the complexity of your scheme.



4. Receive your drawings

We email you PDF Drawings for your approval.  Any amendments or corrections be done for free.  Our drawings will contain everything you need to obtain planning permission or a certificate of lawfulness including site location plans and evidence of permitted development compliance where appropriate.
