These Buckhurst Hill homeowners chose a Staffordshire Blue brick with black slim profile aluminium doors and staircase handrail to give a modern external look.  Inside, a much more traditional kitchen and décor was chosen in stark contrast to the external design.

The rear extension was more technical in design than it might initially seem.  A nearby tree meant that pile foundations were required.  In addition, significant structural alterations within the house required our structural engineer to design full ‘picture frame’ steels to be installed along with a ‘block and beam’ floor.
