This Victorian end of terrace house was given a modernist extension with a bespoke glass corner.  Other standout features of this project include three windows on the side elevation staggered at different heights, exposed structural steel work and a bespoke ceiling extractor bulkhead.

Attention to detail was vital in this project to give the desired modernist feel.  However, there was a strict budget so ‘value engineering’ was used throughout.  One such example is the selection of vinyl flooring which saved our client thousands yet still achieve the desired look.
